What are the warranty policies for your product?

Gevi offers a warranty for machine that covers defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty policy includes:
Within 30 days from the date of original purchase, Gevi will replace the whole unit if the machine fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Within 1 year from the date of original purchase, Gevi will replace any part of the machine which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

When will my order ship?

We strives to ship orders placed prior to 12 pm PT (3 pm ET) on the same day. However, processing may take 1-2 business days from the time an order is submitted. Orders rarely take more than 2 business days to leave the warehouse, unless the item is on back order or a special-order item. Orders are only processed during regular business days, which include Monday - Friday and exclude holidays.
