Iced Coffe Sparkling Mojito Mocktail
INGREDIENTS
1. lime
2. Soda
3. Ice
4. Espresso coffee
5. Sprigs fresh mint
6. Sugar (fine sugar preferred)
How to make
STEP 01
We recommend muddling the ingredients with a beverage muddler, but you can also use a long-handled spoon. Mash until mint forms a thick paste with the lime juice and sugar.
STEP 02
Add ice to the muddled ingredients. Pour the cooled coffee and top with club soda. Stir gently to combine.
STEP 03
Garnish with a mint sprig to enjoy.
