STEP 01

Add your handful of pomegranate seeds (about 1/3 cup). use a long-handled spoon to give them a little squeeze to release some of the juices and open up the seeds.

STEP 02

Add ice to the muddled ingredients. Pour the cooled coffee， adding a splash of seltzer water. The bubbles will really bring out the flavors of your coffee and pomegranate.

Garnish with a mint sprig to enjoy
