Cup Testing Reference (Ratio 11:200)

Different speed brings different flavors. We tested two different types of coffee beans and found that their flavor was relatively mild at level 5, while more pronounced and enjoyable at level 10 and 15.

The concentration variations were all within 0.05%, indicating that the effect of grinding speed on coffee concentration can be considered negligible, yet the flavor profiles were distinctly different. Within the current evaluation framework, both coffee beans exhibited weak flavors at the level 5, while more enjoyable flavor profiles at level 10 and 15.
