Q: Do I need to open an account for order?
A: No, you don't need an account, if you prefer not to. If you already have, you can access it before purchasing your Gevi appliance.
Q: Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
A: Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been processed or has already been shipped. Please contact us to inquire on the current status of the order. We may be able to cancel an order if it has not yet been processed for shipping.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Please note the email after you place an order, we will send you a confirm email. We use the most convenient way to ship orders after you confirm it.Including but not limited to UPS,USPS etc.The delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping method.
Q: Can I request a specific delivery date?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer an option to deliver orders on specific dates.
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.
Q: What is the warranty?
A: Gevi product is covered by a 12-month replacement or repair warranty after the order is issued under normal use for Brand New, and we will provide customer service to answer technical questions even after 12 months. Please contact us to know more details.
Q: How to confirm my model mumber?
A: All Gevi products model is introduced in the manual. Please keep your user manual. If your manual is accidentally lost, the model will generally be displayed at the bottom of machines. There is a QR code label at the bottom of all machines. If you have relevant order consultation, please attach the order number and the QR code at the bottom of the machine and contact us.
Q: Can I purchase accessories?
A: Yes, we provide replaceable accessories for some products.
Q: Can I return my product?
A: We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
